Most leaders are promoted because they are great at their job, not because anyone taught them how to lead. The Capable Leader Program is a 10-month leadership development program built to set them up to succeed.

Three stages. One leader.
The program builds in three stages across the year. Each one builds on the last, so your managers grow into confident, capable leaders step by step, with real work in between to put it into practice.
Leading Self
Before you can lead anyone else, you need to understand yourself. This stage builds self-awareness, confidence and the habits that hold up under pressure: how you communicate, how you make decisions, and how you show up for your team every day.
Leading Others
This is where managers become leaders. Setting clear expectations, having the hard conversations early, coaching people instead of doing the work for them, and building a team that performs when you are not in the room.
Leading the Business
Leaders who think beyond their own team. Understanding how the business makes money, turning strategy into day-to-day priorities, working across departments, and making decisions the way an owner would.
Who it is for
The Capable Leader Program is built for the people who got promoted because they were great at the job: new and emerging managers, supervisors stepping up, and experienced managers who have never been given real leadership development. It works for any industry, because people are people.
What you get
Ten full days, one a month. Enough time to go deep on each topic, with a month in between to practise it with your own team.
Workshops, coaching and real work. Every day mixes practical workshops with coaching and real situations from your workplace, so nothing stays theoretical.
A cohort of peers. In the open cohort you learn alongside leaders from other businesses. In a dedicated business cohort your whole management team builds the same language and standards together.
A leader who is ready. By November, your managers have the confidence, tools and habits to lead people and the business, not just manage the work.

Both. Individuals can join our open cohort in Penrith and learn alongside managers from other businesses. If you have a group of managers, we can run a dedicated cohort just for your business.
The open cohort is held in Penrith. Pricing and full venue details are shared when you register your interest, and a dedicated business cohort can be run at your workplace or a venue that suits you.
